Business graduate Henrik Hänche

Focus areas: Experience along the entire financial value chain: treasury and risk management, capital market financing, M&A, investment management and asset & pension risk management.

Membership of the Advisory Board: Mr. Hänche has been a member of the Advisory Board since November 2021.

Professional background: Mr. Hänche began his professional career at BASF AG.

Further stations were ABB AG, Dyckerhoff AG and Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG.

From 2008 to the end of 2021, he was Head of Finance at DP DHL Group, the world's largest logistics company.

Mr. Hänche is currently a member of the advisory board of the COHLINE Group, a board member of a German family office and an honorary member of the Rottenburg Community Foundation.

 

Prof. Dr.-Ing. Bernd Engel

Main focus: Experience in research & development and innovation.

Membership of the Advisory Board: Prof. Dr.-Ing. Engel has been a member of the Advisory Board since November 2021.

Professional stations: Prof. Dr.-Ing. Engel currently works at the PROTECH Institute in Siegen with a focus on hydroforming.

Before becoming a professor, he held the position of technical director at the Schuler Group.

He is also Scientific Director of the Automotive Center Südwestfalen, Chairman of the Advisory Board of TIME GmbH and founder and speaker of the "Bending Expert Workshop", Founder and Chairman of the VDI Technical Committee "Bending Technology", Founder and Spokesman of the Smart Production Center and Spokesman of the Scientific Directorate of the Automotive Center Südwestfalen.

 

Bernhard Beck

Main focus: Experience in sales, market and strategy.

Membership of the Advisory Board: Mr. Beck has been a member of the Advisory Board since January 2024.

Professional background: Mr. Beck was employed by Veritas AG for 40 years in various positions: CSO, Spokesman of the Management Board, responsibility for foreign locations (Mexico, China, Bosnia).

Since 2016, he has been self-employed as a consultant in the area of strategy & market.

Mr. Beck is also involved in the German Rubber Industry Association and is a member of the Supervisory Board of Schunk GmbH in Heuchelheim.
