As management of the COHLINE group, our main task is to guide the company into a successful and sustainable future. Therefore, we constantly try to refine the COHLINE DNA, which consists of customer orientation, employee loyalty, innovative product solutions and reliability since the company was founded in 1932.<\/p>\n

Since the establishment of the company, COHLINE is a family-owned business, which should retain its independence in the future. To achieve this aim, the company requires to be consistently focused on sustainable and positive earnings. To realize this aim, a variety of factors are crucial: customer orientation, transparency in processes, the willingness to constantly develop further, clear structures, flexibility, efficient processes, agile thinking and action, operational excellence, strategic partnerships both on the customer and supplier side, and our skilled employees along the value chain.<\/p>\n

At the same time, we are - especially now - facing a variety of challenges due to a volatile market environment, a system change in vehicle drive technology, and social and cultural challenges in the globalized world.<\/p>\n

Business graduate Henrik H\u00e4nche<\/h2>\n

Focus areas:<\/strong>\u00a0Experience along the entire financial value chain: treasury and risk management, capital market financing, M&A, investment management and asset & pension risk management.<\/p>\n

Membership of the Advisory Board:<\/strong>\u00a0Mr. H\u00e4nche has been a member of the Advisory Board since November 2021. He has been Chairman of the Advisory Board since 1 January 2025.<\/p>\n

Professional background:<\/strong>\u00a0Mr. H\u00e4nche began his professional career at BASF AG.<\/p>\n

Further stations were ABB AG, Dyckerhoff AG and Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG.<\/p>\n

From 2008 to the end of 2021, he was Head of Finance at DP DHL Group, the world's largest logistics company.<\/p>\n

Mr. H\u00e4nche is currently a member of the advisory board of the COHLINE Group, a board member of a German family office and an honorary member of the Rottenburg Community Foundation.<\/p>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n \t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Prof. Dr.-Ing. Bernd Engel<\/h2>\n

Main focus:<\/strong>\u00a0Experience in research & development and innovation.<\/p>\n

Membership of the Advisory Board:<\/strong>\u00a0Prof. Dr.-Ing. Engel has been a member of the Advisory Board since November 2021.<\/p>\n

Professional background:<\/strong>\u00a0Prof. Dr.-Ing. Engel is currently the spokesman of the Protech Institute and head of the Chair of Forming Technology at the University of Siegen (focus: scalable production technology).<\/p>\n

Before becoming a professor, he held the position of technical director at the Schuler Group.<\/p>\n

He is also Scientific Director of the Automotive Center S\u00fcdwestfalen, Chairman of the Advisory Board of TIME GmbH and founder and speaker of the \"Bending Expert Workshop\", Founder and Chairman of the VDI Technical Committee \"Bending Technology\", Founder and Spokesman of the Smart Production Center and Spokesman of the Scientific Directorate of the Automotive Center S\u00fcdwestfalen.<\/p>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n \t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Bernhard Beck<\/h2>\n

Main focus:<\/strong>\u00a0Experience in sales, market and strategy.<\/p>\n

Membership of the Advisory Board:<\/strong>\u00a0Mr. Beck has been a member of the Advisory Board since January 2024.<\/p>\n

Professional background:<\/strong>\u00a0Mr. Beck was employed by Veritas AG for 40 years in various positions: CSO, Spokesman of the Management Board, responsibility for foreign locations (Mexico, China, Bosnia).<\/p>\n

Since 2016, he has been self-employed as a consultant in the area of strategy & market.<\/p>\n

Mr. Beck is also involved in the German Rubber Industry Association and is a member of the Supervisory Board of Schunk GmbH in Heuchelheim.<\/p>\n
